Supervise the Kitchen Stewards and ensuring high standards
Support the stewarding team in training and development
Report faults, misused or damaged equipment issues to the General/Hotel Manager, Executive Chef, and/or Chief Engineer
Coordinate the daily pot-wash and dish wash responsibilities

Requirements

Secondary school education equivalent or above.
At least 5 years of working experience in Stewarding/Cleaning and 2 years as a Stewarding Supervisor in an international hotel chain.
Good working knowledge of HACCP and hygiene procedures
Commitment to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Great communication skills, ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflect highly on the hotel, the brand and the company.
