Support Talent Acquisitions in hiring initiatives such posting on job portals, screening resumes, interview scheduling, managing inquiries from candidates and hiring managers.
Perform cold-calling candidates for Interns and Graded Employees.
Serve as a liaison contact, plan and participate in physical events (e.g. school career fairs, professional job fairs, etc).
Gather necessary documents for various situations such as onboarding and ensure that all documentation is returned for timely processing.

Requirements

Currently studying in Bachelor in Business / Human Resource / Social Sciences or related field of studies
Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
A team player with good communication skills and analytical skills
