Engage in discussions with HR process owners to understand their requirements for automation, focusing on HR-specific processes.
Process Automation and relevant tools / programming languages (e.g., Ui Path, Python, MS Power Automate, MS Power Apps, Copilot Studio) to develop AI agents, workflows and automation solutions to improve HR processes
Work closely with HR stakeholders and project teams to gather feedback, iterate on solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Participate in the entire project lifecycle of the HR automation initiative, from initial analysis and design to testing and deployment phases.

Requirements

Diploma and above in Information Technology / Computer Science or any other related discipline
Familiar with low-code/no code automation tools such as Ui Path, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Apps, Copilot Studio
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python with the ability to develop and customize automation solutions
Possess strong analytical skills, with good verbal and written communication skills
Resourceful, self-motivated, proactive, and an effective team player
