Requirements

Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Restaurant Management, or related discipline is an advantage.
Minimum 5–8 years of progressive F&B experience, including at least 2-3 years in a General Manager or senior restaurant management role within a full-service Italian fine dining or upscale Italian restaurant environment.
Strong operational knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine and service standards, including menu curation, guest experience design, and traditional Italian dining culture.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to uphold and drive consistent high standards in guest experience, service execution, and operational efficiency.
