To assist in all ways to provide the highest degree of guest satisfaction a host/ hostess is concerned with the efficient and professional service of food and beverages, while ensuring guests receive optimum service in accordance with the standards
An outlet Hostess is responsible for making the guest feel at home by extending a warm welcome, assisting the guests to sit and later give them a bid farewell.
