Responsibilities

To assist in all ways to provide the highest degree of guest satisfaction a host/ hostess is concerned with the efficient and professional service of food and beverages, while ensuring guests receive optimum service in accordance with the standards
Set up hostesses check lists (daily, weekly and monthly).
Perform all opening and closing duties, especially handling e-mails and guest communications, responding to all enquiries and special requests.
Manage all the reservations and ensure all the reservations are handled swiftly.
Maintain high standards of conditions of the restaurant through constant inspections, notifying those responsible for any improvements or repairs to be made.

Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to support guest service and workplace communication.
Ability to adapt to changing operational requirements and perform assigned duties in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to achieving team goals.
Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, based on operational requirements.
