Requirements

Good understanding of retail fundamentals, including merchandising, inventory control, order management, and basic financial awareness (sales tracking, cost control)
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and omnichannel retail operations, including online order processing and coordination with delivery partners
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, particularly during peak festive seasons, while maintaining attention to detail and service standards
Proficiency in a second language such as mandarin is an advantage as the role involves regular interaction with Chinese‑speaking customers and corporate clients, as well as coordination with business counterparts who communicate primarily in Chinese.
