Assist guests with luggage handling, room escorting and orientation of room facilities.
Provide accurate information on hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
Support loyalty programme enrolments and assist with VIP guest arrangements.
Coordinate guest arrivals, departures and room moves in collaboration with Front Office and Housekeeping teams.
Maintain the cleanliness, order and welcoming atmosphere of the lobby, entrance and driveway areas.

Requirements

Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, concierge or bell service is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm and professional demeanour.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment and handle multiple guest requests efficiently.
Physically able to assist with luggage handling and standing for extended periods.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
