Requirements

With more than 12 years of relevant experience across transformation, commercial strategy, programme leadership, product commercialisation, go-to-market execution or enterprise change management.
Experience in consulting and transformation in logistics, cargo, aviation services, supply chain or adjacent sectors strongly preferred.
Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in large matrix organisations.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity while driving disciplined execution, effectively balancing pace, rigour, and organisational alignment.
Proficient in programme management and collaboration platforms.
