Responsibilities

Provide regular reporting and insights on BU training performance, risks, and improvement actions to Head of Operations Capability and Development.
Execute trainer and coach capability management, including competency validation, recertification cycles, and targeted development interventions to sustain training quality.
Coordinate closely with BU Operations to align training schedules, sequencing, and deployment plans with operational needs.
Support and implement learning innovation initiatives to enhance organisational capability, training effectiveness, and alignment with business and regulatory needs.
Manage end‑to‑end functional training delivery, including onboarding, OJT, assessments, and readiness validation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Human Resource Development, Education, Engineering) is preferred.
Strong understanding of airport operations and safety‑critical environments.
Ability to manage training schedules in high‑pressure, operationally constrained environments.
Good coaching, facilitation, and feedback skills.
Ability to work effectively with frontline supervisors, trainers, and operations leaders.
