Responsibilities

Assist in AIC Digitalisation Journey which includes, but not limited: (1) brainstorming on requirements (2) UAT testing (3) implementation of plans (4) change management and staff engagement
Conduct flight checks to ensure quality of cleaning
Support admin team in data collation and day-to-day ops support function; Explore admin processes using digitalisation and virtual platforms.
Assist in logistics planning and warehouse/store management.
Perform other duties assigned as and when required by the department
