This role will also provide ad hoc support to other members of the global Technology, Data and Excellence (TDX) leadership team, during any business travel to Singapore.
Manage the SVP/VP’s calendar, including scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating internal and external meetings, considering different time zones and working hours
Maintain proactive oversight of upcoming commitments, deadlines, and strategic priorities to ensure the SVP/VP is prepared and aligned
Handle confidential correspondence, communications, and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Provide support for the TDX leadership team, (the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and direct reports of the CDO), whenever they are in Singapore for business.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting C-suite -1 or senior leaders in a global organization
Excellent written and verbal skills
Advanced travel coordination skills with exposure to multi-leg, complex itineraries
Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Familiarity with working in a technology environment would be helpful but it is not essential
