Manage service delivery for assigned airline accounts and industry partners, ensuring clear SLA expectations and proactive risk management.
Own day-to-day Service Delivery for assigned local airline accounts and industry partners, ensuring SLA commitments are met, service issues are coordinated, and customers receive timely and accurate updates.
Coordinate customer-impacting service issues, driving recovery actions and timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.
Prepare and communicate accurate service performance updates using approved data and agreed narratives.
Ensure customer communications are aligned with agreed internal positions and service narratives.

Requirements

Strong working knowledge of Cargo and/or Ground Handling operations, including operational constraints and service risks.
Strong ability to influence without direct authority, across Operations, Commercial, and other support functions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging across different audience and especially under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple service issues concurrently.
Comfortable managing sensitive customer conversations and escalations.
