Be the POC for core partnership process hurdles including but not limited to fraud mitigation, tech error, accounting issues.
The Senior Manager, Partnership Operations leads end-to-end project management for partnership launches across Asia Pacific (excluding China) and drives resolution of existing process hurdles for strategic partnership projects in the region.
Be comfortable to work with and manage c-suite stakeholders
Take initiative to follow up with stakeholders who need to be informed about certain workstreams
Deliver simple, yet effective presentations and memos

Requirements

Minimum 3-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Communications or related major
8-10 years’ experience in management consulting, operations, business analysis, project management or related professional areas
Experience of managing loyalty and card business projects will be preferred.
