Support requests to provide pre-opening budget and working capital estimates upon requests from Development and Operations Finance Teams.
Applies understanding of key business processes to effectively anticipate and address the longer-term implications of decisions/actions.
Provide support to execute finance and operational initiatives in alignment to the APEC Continent and Global short- and long-range strategic planning targets.
Assist with the Annual Initiatives Review.
Participate in Continent-wide and cross-functional initiatives to support a variety of projects with different types of scope.

Requirements

Knowledge and Skills
Strong business and critical thinking skills and financial acumen with proven analytical and problem-solving experience.
Good commercial business skills and a passion for using data to drive better decision making.
Ability to articulate operating and financial results concisely to peers and senior leaders within and outside of the Finance organization.
Strong computer skills required.
