Responsibilities

Work with all stakeholders to ensure support for business conversion, including follow up on leads’ conversion with support from room sales team; work with business support and revenue team for optimised pricing strategy
Conduct sales visits, product presentations (including virtual sessions), site inspections and attend tradeshows to drive business acquisitions.
Produce accurate and timely reports including but not limiting to sales calls reports, business leads status reports and post show/tradeshow event summary.
Ensure all inquiries are responded to in a prompt and professional manner and updated in Delphi fdc system.
Maintain accurate and updated database of contacts, group and meeting enquiries.

Requirements

A Wedding Sales Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality or business discipline.
An excellent team player who works well with different stakeholders to ensure success of hotel.
Prior knowledge and use of Delphi.
