Responsibilities

Develop and Maintain Reporting Tools: Assist in creating and maintaining data dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into sustainability performance.
Reporting Support: Help prepare periodic sustainability reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, summarising global sustainability progress, trends, and opportunities.
Provide support and guidance to local teams as needed to improve data reporting processes.
Identify discrepancies or issues and work with local teams to resolve them.
Ensure compliance with any additional data reporting

Requirements

Strong analytical skills, with experience in data collection, cleaning and analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R is a plus).
Experience with data platforms such as UL 360 and Greenview Portal, or the ability to quickly learn new software tools, is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, both writeen and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly.
Ability to work independently and take initiative, while working effectively as part of a global team.
