Responsibilities

Support the Finance Business Partner in financial analysis, management reporting, and performance monitoring activities.
Support finance transformation initiatives, including process improvement, automation, digitalisation and standardisation projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Operations and external consultants on project deliverables.
Collaborate with the finance team on ad-hoc assignments and special projects
Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports, variance analysis

Requirements

Strong interest in Finance Business Partnering, Financial Analysis and Finance Transformation.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for working with data.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI, Power Query or automation tools is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of finance systems such as Oracle or other ERP platforms would be an added advantage.
