Support in the analysis, design, and development of learning and development (L&D) programmes.
Assist in the development, administration, and deployment of e-learning content through the Learning Management System (LMS).
Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers, and participants to ensure the smooth delivery of learning programmes.
Prepare training-related reports, learning analytics, and programme documentation.
Coordinate training logistics and provide administrative support for learning activities, workshops, and events.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Articulate will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
