Develop investment narratives and presentations for internal stakeholders to assist in the investment management lifecycle.
Assist in monitoring asset performance metrics, cash flow projections and competitor analysis to provide data-driven insights to optimize portfolio management.
Gain hands-on experience building and maintaining complex financial models to support acquisition, divestment, and asset enhancement initiatives.
Support the investment team through the end-to-end transaction lifecycle, contributing to due diligence, valuation exercises, KYC and investment memorandums.
Assist in any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management, Accountancy, Real Estate, Finance, or any other related disciplines.
Ability to analyse data and financial reports to inform investment decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, and succinct emails.
Meticulousness in reviewing documents and data to ensure accuracy.
Excel for real estate financial modeling; PowerPoint in crafting compelling and succinct narratives for investments.
