Manage labour deployment and manpower planning to achieve productivity and operational targets, including supporting the recruitment, onboarding, training, and scheduling of operational staff.
Monitor and control departmental budgets, operating costs, and labour expenses to ensure efficient resource utilization.
Maintain the kitchen and surrounding areas in compliance with company standards, health regulations, workplace safety, and food hygiene requirements.

Requirements

Prior management experience in food manufacturing will be advantageous

Strong management skill and ability to manage a team towards the accomplishment of goals
Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Experience in working with a multicultural team
