Ensure proper recording and submission of the necessary food safety compliance documents
Ensure timely and efficient removal of meals that are no longer within quality standards, as flagged out by the system.
Perform basic trouble shooting or manual recovery handling of any error flagged out by the system.
Maintain proper housekeeping of work area and ensure good hygiene standards, follow safety and health procedures at workplace.

Requirements

Ability to work in a multi-cultural team
Ability to read and speak English to use PC and computer systems related to area of works, and liaise with stakeholders for hand-over of meals.
Comfortable with 6-days work week on rotating shift
