Responsibilities

Support data preparation, analysis, and visualisation efforts for management reporting and operational reviews using Wrike.
Support preparation of presentation materials, management updates, and governance review packs for leadership discussions.
Support the PMO team in project governance, project tracking, and reporting activities across SG Hub initiatives and transformation projects.
Work closely with Business Units and project working teams to support data collection, project updates, risk and issue tracking, and governance reporting for projects under full PMO governance.
Assist in consolidating project updates, maintaining dashboards, tracking action items, risks, issues, dependencies and key milestones across multiple cross-functional prokects.

Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and engage with stakeholders at different working levels.
