Responsibilities

  • Monitor flight movements and turnaround progress through the SIOC flight data systems
  • This role supports the Duty Flight Controller (DFC) and the Duty Terminal Manager (DTM) to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence across all phases of flight handling through proactive communication and data-driven decision-making
  • Update flight status and operational data in the central flight monitoring dashboard (DSM Live) for situational awareness
  • Proactively coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders such as internal SATS Ops BUs, airline customers, airport agencies and service partners to ensure on-time performance and service delivery for our airline customers
  • Identify and provide timely intervention to ground operational disruptions promptly, escalating issues when necessary to DFC and DTM

Requirements

  • Possess a local Diploma in any discipline from a recognised institution.
  • Strong situational awareness, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in operations monitoring tools and data systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment
