Prepare and update training materials for Cargo training courses and other related services;
Conduct Cargo-handling and other related courses;
Prepare training schedules and coordinate administrative matters for new hires.
Provide training support for new and existing projects or initiatives;

Requirements

Diploma qualification, preferably with knowledge of airfreight operations and procedures.
Possess good supervisory and communication skills
Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint skills to develop effective training materials and presentations
Confident in delivering classroom and practical training.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin to conduct training for Mandarin-speaking employees when operationally required.
