Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Security department to ensure the safety and security of guests, team members, visitors and hotel assets.
Supervise Security Officers and coordinate daily deployments, patrols and operational assignments.
Monitor CCTV systems, access control systems, alarms and security equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Maintain effective communication with all operational departments to ensure security requirements are met.
Ensure all Security Officers are fully trained in emergency response protocols.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Security Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of security experience within the hospitality industry, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of hotel security operations, emergency response procedures and fire safety regulations.
Experience liaising with government authorities, law enforcement and emergency services.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
