Responsibilities

Supervise each security operation shift, making sure adequate patrol patterns and frequencies are maintained to ensure the security of guests and team members.
Ensure Security Officer report any safety, security and defects issues to the respective department promptly as recorded during their patrols.
Ensure perimeter patrols are carried out once every 3 shifts by Security Officers and maintain records.
Conduct random inspections of the hotel to ensure security practices are being followed, fire exits are not blocked, and equipment is not obstructing fire hose reel doors, sufficient clearance between stacked goods and sprinkler heads.
Maintain all Safety and Security Audit daily, weekly, monthly and annual documentations.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory position.
Able to communicate effectively and clearly.
Good knowledge of the hotel’s life-safety systems, fire equipment and security operations.
Excellent leadership skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to details.
