Responsibilities

Manage technicians and external vendors to ensure the smooth operations of the Development.
Assist the Operations Manager with any duties and projects as assigned.
Ensure preventive maintenance works are carried out by service providers in accordance with contractual requirements and established schedules.
Oversee the smooth operation of the compound and ensure all emergencies are attended to promptly and rectified with minimal inconvenience and disruption to tenants and owners.
Manage and execute procurement activities, cyclical replacement programmes, and enhancement works within the Development.

Requirements

Willing to work weekends when required.
Able to respond to emergency situations on-site outside of normal working hours when required.
Able to adhere to established processes and procedures while maintaining accurate documentation and records.
Strong coordination and communication skills when working with vendors, contractors, tenants, and stakeholders.
Able to prioritise multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
