Work with internal teams and tenants to translate partnerships into events, ad placements, campaigns and programming that support business goals while maintaining strong brand alignment and operational feasibility.
Manage partnerships end-to-end, from outreach and pitching to coordination, execution and follow-through.

Work with internal teams to package and commercialise partnership opportunities across the development.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, business development, events, or a related field.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and work effectively with brands, creatives, partners and internal stakeholders.
Strong project management capabilities, able to manage multiple collaborations from concept through execution.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in pitching ideas and representing the organisation externally.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment, where collaboration and initiative are valued.
