Provide all necessary support to the Director Facades to lead the onsite team and ensure project completion within the set budget, schedule and conformance with design documents.
Manage and coordinate within a team of internal project managers, assistants and coordinators to successfully deliver the defined area of the development.
Monitor and report against established project programmes and milestones.
Coordinate and integrate the activities of the project managers, project engineers and other support staff on the project.
Establish regularly scheduled meetings with the contractors and design team to review the following: shop drawing preparation / approval, equipment/material lead times and required on-site dates, manpower projections vis-a-vis the project schedule

Requirements

Strong background co-ordinating with government authorities.
Knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement, industry standards and other project-related activities, their interfaces and interdependencies.
Ability to communicate effectively across different departments and companies.
Strong presentation and negotiating skills, and experience in supervising, training and mentoring staff.
Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with guests, management, other team members, and outside contacts.
