Support delivery of assigned infrastructure technology scope across all relevant project phases.
Support coordination of assigned ELV and infrastructure technology systems across relevant project disciplines.
Review consultant deliverables across relevant design stages and consolidate comments for Senior Project Manager review where required.
Support commercial decision-making by identifying technical exclusions, assumptions, dependencies, and risk items for review by the Senior Project Manager.
Provide regular updates on progress, program risks, technical issues, commercial implications, decisions required, and key escalations to the Senior Project Manager.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, including experience in project delivery, technical coordination, or infrastructure technology management within construction or live operational environments.
Experience on hospitality, mixed-use, commercial, airport, healthcare, integrated resort, addition and alteration, or similarly complex live-environment projects is preferred.
Able to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, vendors, operators, and senior project team members.
Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into clear project actions and escalation points.
Good program awareness, with the ability to understand dependencies, sequencing, float, critical path, and delivery risk.
