Conduct research on emerging technologies, industry best practices, and innovative solutions relevant to performance management.
Create proof-of-concept intranet web pages using Share Point to support internal communication and collaboration.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support innovations, improve operation processes and leveraging data analytics to provide insights to improve IT Performance to meet Business demands.
Assist in organizing, archiving, and maintaining data artifacts to ensure accessibility and integrity.

Requirements

Undergraduate pursuing a Degree in Information Technology/Management, Business/Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or equivalent
No experience required as training will be provided
Other Prerequisites
Proficient with Advance Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs (MS Team, Share Point, Word, Excel, PPT etc..)
Strong verbal and written communication
