Assist in the design, planning, and maintenance of changing floral displays, with a focus on creating engaging displays with visitors.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including horticulture vendors, international organisations and cultural groups to deliver high-quality floral displays.
Manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources.
As part of the team, you will combine creative thinking and horticultural knowledge to conceptualise, design, execute and maintain floral displays, that endeavours to transport visitors to different corners of the globe, blending elaborate props
storytelling, and stunning floral arrangements to celebrate diverse cultures and botanical wonders.

Requirements

Possess a keen and passionate interest in plants and gardening with a focus on exceeding visitor expectations
Ability to work out innovative solutions to challenges which may arise
Experience in horticulture, plants and flowers would be an advantage
Strong oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills to build relationships and cultivate collaborations and partnerships will be an advantage
Good knowledge of various computer software and applications including Microsoft Office
