Stationed at The Living Room of the Capella Hotel, the Capella Culturist is responsible for assisting every guest with dining, transportation, entertainment and requests or any other needs.
The Capella Culturist must ensure the Capella experience is delivered consistently to achieve guest satisfaction.
Conduct Capella Moments and Capella Curates activities
Collect guest preferences for all guests during pre-arrival calls

Requirements

Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in front of house role at luxury hotels/resorts
