Proactively engage with managers and leaders to problem-solve people's business challenges and provide Human Resources outcomes that support business success by drawing upon market intelligence and internal data.

Manage Team Member touch points with a positive attitude.
Proactively review and propose changes to the Team Member experience, partnering with hiring managers to ensure that our onboarding process seamlessly transitions from recruitment excitement to a highly engaged Team Member.
Ensure that we relentlessly question and challenge established manual processes for automation or removal based on the merits of what is required to manage the business whilst remaining legally compliant.

Requirements

A relevant University Degree or at least 8 years of relevant experience
Ability to work in a non-routine, fluid, and at times chaotic environment whilst making sure the work is delivered to the highest professional standards
Ability to manage a range of competing priorities and demands through strong time management skills
Strong initiative with the ability to anticipate, and not simply react to business needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to use these across different management levels to influence
