Apply generative and agentic AI to digital product planning and delivery
Work closely with APACx Digital Product, Engineering, Analytics, and AI leadership to identify where generative and agentic AI can replace manual workflows and accelerate delivery
Participate in and contribute to agentic AI-enabled workflows by developing and iterating harnesses and loops, where AI is used not only for content generation, but for task progression, decision support, and multi-step execution across product, data.
Actively use AI tools within the software delivery lifecycle to accelerate ideation, analysis, solution shaping, and handover preparation, in line with APACx’s AI first SDLC direction
Collaborate with global partners to align regional AI experimentation with enterprise guardrails, security, and platform readiness, while still preserving APACx autonomy

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, Product, or equivalent
7+ years in digital product, technology, or data roles
Strong data skills; experience with Amazon Redshift, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, SQL
Comfortable operating in environments where AI generates code, insights, drafts, or execution paths, with human judgment applied as the final control
Comfortable working across time zones and cultures (Japan, Korea, USA)
