Responsibilities

Provide information and assist the Duty Manager when there is any flight delay
Ensure proper handover of flight deployment status and key things to note (e.g. cleaning not done, VVIP handling etc.) to the next shift
Ensure AIC stores have sufficient stock of Airline items and cleaning supplies for daily AIC operation
Conduct monthly stock check of all Airlines’ items in the store and provide inventory status to the Airline(s) as and when required
Ensure warehouse management system records are up-to-date and tally with physical count every quarter to prepare for internal and airline audits;

Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
