Assist with other related legal operations duties, including organising internal trainings and knowledge management activities
Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support legal and business decision-making;
This role will be an integral member of the Legal and Secretariat team providing legal support and delivering effective legal operations across the Group, with a focus on Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLMS) administration, governance.
Support the implementation, management and administration of SATS’ Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLMS), including data migration, user access, permissions, metadata, and system configuration requests;
Assist in updating and maintaining contract templates, clause libraries, and governance frameworks;

Requirements

Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in law, business, technology or related discipline.
Experience supporting CLMS platforms or similar systems will be an advantage.
Strong organisational and project management and coordination skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
Proficient in technology with strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and reporting tools.
