Conduct periodic verification of cashier floats and petty cash balances.
Process monthly payroll accurately and within established timelines.
Process overtime payments, allowances, statutory deductions and other payroll adjustments in accordance with company policies and applicable legislation.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payroll, finance or general cashier functions, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of payroll administration, statutory contributions and cash handling procedures.
Experience processing payroll in a high-volume environment with strict deadlines.
Excellent numerical, analytical and reconciliation skills with strong attention to detail.
