Responsibilities

Assist with the upkeep of upholstered table surrounds and layouts within all areas of MBS complex.
Assist with receiving and inspection of shipment of materials, equipment and layout orders to ensure compliance with purchase order specifications.
Assist with destruction of outdated or non-approved layouts.
Support gaming table carpentry modification when required.
Conducts quality and layout checks in compliance with department’s Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

ITE or technical equivalent
Minimum three years of experience as an Upholsterer, preferably involved in furniture making industry or hospitality industry furniture repairs
Worked in the Engineering or Facilities department in relation to Upholstery works
Knowledge of Fabric characteristics and classification.
Knowledge of basic soft furniture frame making or repair.
