Responsibilities

Support the end‑to‑end delivery of learning and talent development programmes, including orientation, soft skills, leadership, and enterprise initiatives.
Support enterprise HR and talent initiatives as assigned.
Manage training logistics and coordination, including scheduling, venues, materials, facilitators, attendance tracking, and post‑programme evaluations.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date training records, attendance, and completion data in Workday Learning.
Ensure all programmes are delivered in accordance with established SOPs, governance requirements, and audit standards.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Education, Business, or a related discipline
Experience supporting LMS / Workday Learning or similar platforms is strongly preferred
Strong organisational and coordination skills, with attention to detail
Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Comfortable working with data, reports, and dashboards (Excel proficiency required)
