Perform any other initiatives as directed by the VP / Directors of Facilities
Implement effective preventive maintenance program for Casino FOH and BOH Casino BOH facilities to maintain the facilities performance and continued serviceability.
Manage and utilize the resources effectively to deliver the functions of Facilities department
Be a role model particularly through OneMBS and manage the Facilities team to support MBS business objectives.
Provide training and development program for Facilities team members

Requirements

Diploma holder or Degree in experience in property operations, Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
Experience in Facilities or Engineering Management in the large-scale properties such as Integrated Resort, Hospitality, Mixed Development, MICE etc. is a pre-requisite
Ability to converse and write in English
Excellent problem solving skills and ability to lead a multi-cultural team
Possess good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
