Requirements

Experience developing targeted creative across multiple markets (e.g., experience in Asia, the US, UK and other non-English markets in the region)
Strong understanding of scaled digital asset production, post-production workflows, and technical specifications (e.g., video formats, email templates, quality standards).
Strong communication and presentation skills; able to lead concept presentations and clearly articulate the thinking behind the creative approach.
Experience leading creative ideation and execution for global and/or luxury brands, including company-wide initiatives.
Comfortable working within brand, stakeholder, and production constraints—able to find creative solutions within defined boundaries.
