Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in application support, software development, or a related technical role.
Knowledge of Java and Microsoft SQL Server, including database development, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Experience administering and troubleshooting IIS web services, Windows services, and enterprise web applications.
Experience supporting enterprise applications, including incident management, root cause analysis, problem resolution, and production support.
