Responsibilities

Update and manage daily rate and availability changes across all distribution channels.
Ensure alignment and accuracy across PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, OTAs, GDS, and other distribution platforms.
Provide support in resolving hotel related issues within channel management systems and liaise with system vendors as necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute distribution channel rollouts, including new promotions and platform optimizations.
Monitor channel performance, rate parity, and system discrepancies, escalating and correcting issues as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, Tourism, or related field.
Prior hotel experience (front office, reservations, revenue, or operations) required.
Familiarity with Oracle Opera PMS is a must, preferably with the ability to navigate and manage reservations, rates, inventory, and group blocks within the system.
Good Excel skills and comfort working with digital tools.
Experience with Tableau or Power BI is an advantage
