Provide emergency care and treatment as required till the arrival of emergency medical services
Ensure PPE (personal protection equipment) is being used when performing First Aid on guest
Prepare and maintain appropriate incident reports
Present professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintain a high standard of guest service

Requirements

Prior experience working in hotel or resort is an advantage
Willing to work various shifts, including mornings and afternoons, as well as on public holidays
Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations
Knowledge of CPR and emergency medical procedures
Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions
