Responsibilities

Support the Audit Services Group (ASG) team in incorporating data analytics into all compliance and operational audits within the departmental and professional standards and established timeframes.
Participate in departmental initiatives and projects to support a world-class internal audit function.
Perform data analytics and AI procedures to support the operations audit team and be able to identify red flags.
Support continuous monitoring and auditing initiatives.
Assist with training, development, and evaluation of staff members in data analytics, compliance audits, techniques, organizational issues, and departmental procedures and protocols.

Requirements

Undertaking a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science or a programming intensive degree/ programming related field is required.
Strong SQL programming skills are required and experience in data science languages such as R and Python.
Experience in the use of Alteryx, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI is preferred.
Able to work independently with large and multiple data sets from various business processes and systems, to support the business in achieving strategic objectives.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
