Support Producers in ensuring exhibition processes adhere to WSH guidelines, Marina Bay Sands operational procedures and basic museum standards.
Assist Producers and Curators with research on artists, institutions, scientific collaborators and technologies.
Support Producers in tracking exhibition timelines, schedules, milestones and deliverables.
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow‑ups with internal departments (Programmes, Marketing, Museum Services, AV/Tech, Visitor Experience, etc.).
Assist in preparing risk assessment documents and Safe Work Procedures under guidance from Producers.

Requirements

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good interpersonal skills in negotiating, exchanging ideas, information and opinions to formulate the museum’s vision to business partners and arrive jointly at solutions
Ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
