Coordinate and collate marketing content for posting across the company’s Entertainment social media channels, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and brand alignment.
Serve as Event Manager for assigned Marina Bay Sands events, under the guidance of senior Entertainment management, ensuring smooth on site execution.
Provide administrative support to the Entertainment management team, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
Assist in budget tracking, invoice processing, and procurement requests related to entertainment activities.
Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Social Media teams, and internal and external event promoters to plan and execute promotional campaigns for shows and entertainment events.

Requirements

Degree in Events Management, Arts and Entertainment, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools or basic technical drawings is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by event schedules.
