Responsibilities

The Senior M&E Technician supervises and guides other technicians during their respective shifts to ensure maintenance tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
In the absence of Duty Engineer, he/she is responsible for the assignment of job/task to shift technician and ensures that such completed work conforms with the standard so established by the Hotel.
Collects approved work order sheet from Duty Engineer and ensures that the work/task as described in the work order is carried out expeditiously, accurately, skilfully and economically.
Records all plants/equipment and utilities logging accurately.
Ensures that all plants/equipment are operated properly in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and as economically as possible.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience working in a luxury hotel in a similar capacity
Adaptable and can work in a fast-paced environment
